All sales are final. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded. 
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email info@localbrownbaby.com and we will happily resolve the issue.

All orders ship from Los Angeles, California via USPS. As soon as your item ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process. Brown Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Domestic Orders:
For all domestic orders, estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days. 

International Orders:
Depending on the country, the estimated delivery time for international orders is about 10-14 business days. 

Important customs information for all international orders: 
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These additional charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Brown Baby has no control over these charges, nor can Brown Baby predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
